Yes, great day. Finally got the concrete done around the house. I love it.. I put an 8 foot pad deep in front of the front porch so we can have cover or uncovered area. It turned out really really nice now I have to get the deck of my bedroom done and sunporch off the dining room, than the landscaping. Iām almost there to the finish line. šāāļø
this is Modular B being backed on lot. We had to get help from local farmer to pull truck & Mod out with his 4 wheel tractor far engough so the Semi could get traction. Thanks to great neighors and their helping hands.

Big day today for Dane Wisconsin project, modular A&B were delivered , with a small hiccup as modular B was being back into the property semi truck got stuck in the ditch. But my neighbor who has helped me the last couple days contacted the farmer down the road who had a 4 Wheel Dr. tractor came immediately and help pull the semi and house out of the ditch enough to be able to get it on the property.. modular A was back in with no incidents. So I would like to thank my neighbor Dale and the area farmer for taking the time out to give us a hand. Also, the set is going to happen this Thursday crossing my fingers š¤šāāļøļæ¼

Monday they Delivered Modular c to the Dane WI lot project, exciting see it coming down the road and backed on the lot. Today they will deliver Modular A & B . We had to change the set date due to the rain for the next couple of days . So I was able to get every thing rescheduled with the Help of Abby Hoffman at Stratford Homes, Elite transporting and Reynolds crane in Deforest WI we're all helpful in getting the dates changed from the 26th set to the 28th set. Thank you to all of you.

Flooring in the Stratford Home project in Dane WI is Rigid Max Flooring in the ironwood color which is a nice contrast with the cabinets color choice in the dark smoke stain.
