Went out in qualifying and shook the car down, didn’t qualify well.

Heat race started and finished 3rd

A Feature started 15th and finish 12th

We’ll take the smooth night we had regardless of the results. Seeing we haven’t had a full night without issue since end of July 2025, it felt good to just get back in the rhythm and shake off some rust. Back at it this Sunday.

Today’s Dahlke Memorial Season Opener has been cancelled due to inclement weather due to previous and projected future rainfall.

Angell Park Speedway’s next event will be the “King of the Park” on Sunday May 31st where the Badger Midgets will honor the Dahlke family plus the Dirt King Late Models and MSA Sprints. 410 Sprint Cars will return to Angell Park when the NOS Energy World of Outlaw Sprint Cars invade “The Prairie” on June 7th. Shack trucking is a family owned truck who hauls fuel from Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa. They just have a love for Angell Park Speedway, and midget racing. We always enjoy seeing them when they make the journey from Illinois to Sun Prairie to watch some racing.

4 Weeks until the Dahlke Memorial Season Opener featuring the BMARA Racing Midgets and Bumper to Bumper IRA Sprints!

𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐭

Sun Prairie, WI- Firemen’s Angell Park Speedway has released the ten race 2026 Racing Schedule for the ‘Home of the Mighty Midgets’. The Dahlke Memorial Season Opener featuring the IRA Outlaw Sprint Cars and Badger Midgets will officially kick off the season on Sunday Night May 17 at the 1/3 mile clay facility which first hosted auto races in 1939. Stops by the Dirt King Late Models on May 31 and World of Outlaw Sprint Cars on June 7 lead into an action filled summer of racing. Corn Fest Racing will again see the IRA Outlaw Sprint Cars and Badger Midgets in competition on Sunday August 23. The 41st Firemen’s Nationals featuring the USAC National Midgets and Badger Midgets will take place on Labor Day Sunday Night September 6, bringing the season to a close with Fireworks and an After-Race Party in the Angell Park Pavilion.
