The best doctors are busy.
The best hair stylists are busy.
The daycare you’re dying to send your kid to is busy.
If you’re spending hundreds of thousands of dollars I’d advise you to find an agent who is KILLING IT and make the call. They aren’t “too busy”.

Encourage one another. Shoot this to someone you know serving! They may need some encouragement!

We’ve been telling our 2 year old that if she wants money it takes hard work.
She’ll get some change and put it into her piggy bank and we say “you worked hard great job!”
“How do you earn money?……Hard work”
We’re constantly saying this to her because we just want to instill that doing hard things can be rewarding. As well as her understanding that money isn’t just given to you.

Well the little stinker just asked me “can I have hard work?”
I couldn’t figure out what she meant.
She has now named the piggy bank “Hard Work”. “Mommy can you give me hard work please?” (And just wants to hold the piggy bank.)
She gets the literalness from her dad. 😂

I have lenders call me all the time wanting to partner and do business together. They all say, “we close on time, and get your clients pre approved quickly.”

Well… you should.

Let me tell you what I look for in a lender that helps buyers. I don’t care if the lenders close on time, or get my buyers preapproved quickly. I expect that. The lenders I partner with are incredible communicators, my clients rave about them after closing, and they put time and effort into our community!

-we had 2 lenders tell him no he couldn’t qualify because of retirement and guess what we made it happen!

I had 4 interview calls with them prior to knowing if I’d be their agent or not and they called and said, “you’ve answered our questions, and there is a vibe about you we like and already trust.”
