We are a small Pilates studio offering individualized attention while providing a fun atmosphere to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

Using the Spine Corrector on the reformer with the Fletcher Towel this morning - creating length and mobility within the spine and stabilization within the shoulder girdle.

Hi everyone,
Ketsia, a wonderful member of our studio, just welcomed a beautiful baby boy on September 5th. She and her family, which now includes a proud big sister, are thrilled about the new addition. As they settle into their new routines with their new little one.

Congrats to Ann Brown for hitting 100 classes! She joined our studio and hit the ground running while staying very active at F45 too (she hit 1000 classes there 2 months ago).
We are so proud of you Ann for working hard and putting in the time.
We got the mood lighting installed in the studio along with storing the rollers on the wall. All ready to greet your smiling faces tomorrow for class!
