Better Collision Sumter

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at a day inside Better Collision, where every vehicle, detail, and decision keeps the repair process moving forward.

Electric vehicle. Different technology. Different precautions. ⚡

EV collision repair requires more than traditional body-shop knowledge. Proper safety procedures and trained technicians matter at every step.

That’s why we take EV safety seriously at Better Collision.

Most people only see the finished repair. 👀
Here’s a look at what happens before that moment.

The repair isn’t finished until the details are right. 🔍

Stacy takes a final walk around the vehicle, checking panels, paint, fit and finish, and anything else that needs attention before it goes back to the customer.

Because sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference.

There’s a lot more behind a collision repair than what you see on the surface.
James walks us through the process of restoring this vehicle after a front-end collision, carefully working to bring it back to its pre-accident condition.

Some teams just work together.
Some teams actually enjoy doing it. 😂

Most people only see the finished repair. They don’t always see the habits behind the team doing the work.

One of the things we’ve recently introduced at Better Collision is a daily focus. One word. One conversation. A few minutes to get the team aligned around something that matters.

Today, it was gratitude.

Because better operations aren’t only about processes and technology. They’re also about the people behind them, the way they communicate, and the habits they build together.
