Today I had a scammer send me messages that seemed really legitimate. He asked all the right questions, was ready to book but THEN! came the payment, I shouldn’t have to have $500 put on hold in order for your deposit to come through. Telling me to check my “junk or spam” folder over and over again and telling me to call the number on what is very obviously a phishing email. I might be nice, but I am not stupid! Beware small businesses, they are trying all kinds of things to get your money!
