We celebrated National S’mores Day the sweetest way possible at Sumter Terrace Assisted Living! 😋🍪 Our residents enjoyed delicious, gooey s’mores while playing BINGO — our all-time favorite game! 🎉🃏Nothing beats a day filled with s’more fun, s’more laughter, and s’more memories! 🥰🔥🍫

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this event. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued support. Although the event has been canceled, we are pleased to share that all school supply and backpack donations that have already been received will still be donated to local schools to help students and families. We sincerely thank everyone who planned to attend, volunteer, donate, or support this event. Your kindness and generosity mean so much to our residents and our community. 🎨🌈 We had a TIE-DYE-rific time at Sumter Terrace Assisted Living! 👕✨Our residents got creative, mixed bright colors, and designed one-of-a-kind tie-dye T-shirts that are as unique as they are! Today, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the family of one of our beloved former residents for thinking of our team here at Sumter Terrace. They surprised the staff delicious goodies as a token of appreciation, and it truly meant the world to us.
Caring for our residents is more than a job it’s a privilege. Knowing that the relationships we build continue to touch families even after their loved one’s time with us, is incredibly meaningful. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, generosity, and for allowing us to be a part of your loved one’s journey. Your kindness reminded our team why we do what we do every day. ❤️

🎨🐦 Creativity was in full bloom at Sumter Terrace today! Our residents had a wonderful time painting bird feeder, turning simple wooden feeders into beautiful works of art. The activity was not only fun and relaxing, but it also provided many meaningful benefits—including encouraging creativity, improving hand-eye coordination, promoting social interaction, and bringing a sense of accomplishment and joy. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made this activity such a success!

A huge thank you to Ashley and Sumter East for treating our residents to an amazing Soda Bar experience! From creating delicious custom drinks to sharing laughs and conversations, everyone had a wonderful time.Thank you for making the day so special—we can’t wait to do it again! 💙🥤😊

🌟 Our Monthly Butter Bean Auction was a huge success! 🌟
The residents had an amazing time bidding on all the wonderful prizes! From fun treats and cozy essentials to snacks, and special surprises, there was something for everyone. The excitement in the room, the friendly competition, and the smiles on everyone’s faces made for another unforgettable auction day. It’s always a joy to see our residents rewarded for participating in activities throughout the month. Thank you to everyone who helped make this month’s Butter Bean Auction so much fun. We can’t wait to see what treasures next month’s auction will bring! 💙✨
