True maintenance emergencies include:
• Water leaks
• Electrical issues involving sparking wires or fire hazards
• Sewer backups

If you experience a total loss of power or water, please contact the appropriate utility company before calling the emergency maintenance line.

🚫 Reminder: Fireworks and/or fi****ms are absolutely NOT permitted to be discharged anywhere on the property. This is a violation of your lease agreement and may result in eviction proceedings.
