Bomb Pop Lemonade
Blue raspberry, coconut, and fresh lemonade topped with coconut milk and a cherry. Sweet and refreshing, just like the summertime treat.

Blueberry Cloud
Our signature cold brew with a cloud of blueberry cold foam. Coffee-forward, with sweet blueberry notes and a smooth finish.

Iced Honey Espresso
Honey and espresso create a light, frothy drink that’s smooth, lightly sweet, and built to let the espresso shine.

Peach Milkshake
Made with real peaches and our signature Colligo Cream. A cool and creamy treat for hot summer days.

Watermelon Matcha Lemonade
Matcha, watermelon, and fresh lemonade create a refreshing drink with the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Animal Cookie Latte
A latte with our housemade sugar cookie syrup and your choice of strawberry cold foam or our classic cold foam. Topped with a frosted animal cookie.

Marshmallow Meadow
A fun latte flavored with toasted marshmallow and a touch of hazelnut, topped with a Peep bunny on a meadow of green cold foam and flower sprinkles.

Enchanted Garden Matcha
Vanilla matcha layered with butterfly pea flower tea and topped with our signature Colligo Cold Foam. A nod to the beauty of the springtime landscape.

Carrot Cake Latte
Our house-made carrot cake syrup with real carrot, warm spice, and a subtle nuttiness. Finished with cream cheese cold foam for a true carrot cake taste. Contains pecans.

Spring Spritz
Fig and pear come together with fresh squeezed lemon juice for a crisp, refreshing drink. Light, bright, and easy to sip.

Salted Honey Vanilla Flat White
A smooth, coffee-forward flat white with honey, vanilla, and a touch of salt to round it out. Balanced, lightly sweet, and built to let the espresso shine. (Available as a latte.)

This season we’ve done things a bit differently, and hosted a Barista Olympics to determine our specialty spring menu! Results are currently undergoing scoring and evaluation, so even the team doesn’t know what’s coming next, but either way we’re excited to share soon 👀☕️ What creations are you hoping to see?
