Banana Bread Latte
Like fresh banana bread in a cup. This rich latte features our house-made banana bread syrup; spiced, nutty, and naturally sweet with real banana flavor. It’s warm, nostalgic, and perfect whether you’re easing into the morning or winding down your afternoon.

Mocha Bean
A cozy twist on the Steamy Bean. This latte blends our Colligo Cream and cinnamon with smooth Dutch cocoa for a chocolatey, spiced classic that’s anything but ordinary.

Toasted Coconut Shaken Espresso
Strong, refreshing, and a little bit beachy. This shaken espresso is blended with toasted marshmallow and coconut; sweet, smoky, and ice-cold. It’s the perfect pick-me-up for long, hot days.

The Window Seat
A smooth latte featuring our house-made salted cookie butter syrup, The Window Seat nods to the classic airline treat and is mellow and easy to love, much like the view from 30,000 feet.

Orange Cream Matcha
Earthy matcha gets a summer upgrade with citrusy orange and a splash of our signature Colligo Cream. Smooth, vibrant, and layered with flavor; it’s like a creamsicle for grown-ups.

Purple Peach
This dreamy refresher blends butterfly pea flower tea with fresh lemonade and juicy peach for a vibrant sip that tastes just like spring. Light, bright, and made for sunshine.

Guess who’s back in town ??
THE SPARKLER has returned for two days only in celebration of 4th of July.
A festive sip of bright pomegranate Italian soda topped with a cloud of Colligo Cold Foam and finished with blue sprinkles. Sweet, refreshing, and made for celebrating!
Open Friday 6am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 4pm.
