Stormproof Films formerly Perpetual Motion Pictures was founded by Alexis Cottavoz-Usher. The production company focused primarily on Action Board Sports in the mid 80's. Including Action Sports Calendars and Books distributed throughout the US, Australia, Japan and Europe.
