We're Hiring: Full-Time Operations Assistant

Hooks Construction is looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys solving problems. This role is ideal for someone who likes keeping things on track, supporting a team, and taking ownership of the details that help our projects and office run efficiently.

What you'll be doing:
• Reviewing and routing A/P invoices to Project Managers through HH2
• Managing subcontractor insurance certificates and maintaining Sage 100 Contractor
• Providing administrative support to both our office and field teams
• Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks and helping solve problems as they arise
• Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with general office inquiries
• Ordering and tracking office supplies

What we're looking for:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and follow through
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team

The newly renovated Martin County Sheriff's Office and Fire Rescue Dispatch Center is now equipped with upgraded technology and a modernized workspace to better support the people behind every emergency response.

Our team was honored to attend the ribbon cutting celebrating the completion of this project with Place of Hope. This milestone represents continued growth in serving our community and expanding resources for those in need. Grateful to be part of a day that reflects so much dedication and collaboration.

We had Nana make a site visit recently at 5 Below to make sure everybody was following saftey protocols!

We are proud to have completed this project in Stuart, FL for Place of Hope.

The development was carefully designed and constructed to provide a clean, modern, and highly functional environment. From the exterior architecture and landscaped courtyard to the interior living spaces, kitchens, and support areas, every detail reflects a focus on quality, durability, and long-term usability.

We’re excited to wrap up the expansion of Stuart Web!

This project included the addition of 9,000 sq. ft. of industrial warehouse space, along with upgrades to the stormwater retention ponds to support the increased capacity.
