Another compass rose that was a hit as a 5 year wedding anniversary present to represent the traditional gift of wood. I was stoked on the addition of the mahi mahi on each side. Looks so cool.

Coming up next week: Join Debbie Roberts and me at the Elliott Museum-Stuart for an enjoyable afternoon of painting. We will be creating a birthday themed watercolor notecard and a glass cupcake plate using a reverse painting technique. Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes provided by Debbie.

A friend asked me about end of year teacher gifts for her girls. She recently saw some cute earrings that she passed on in hopes I had time to make her something special for them. This is what I came up with this morning from our discussion. When I fire up the laser, I’ll make my prototype. Thoughts??
