Just a little upkeep on this one! Well planned and neatly arranged there are two motorized screens hidden on this project. A bug screen for daily use and a hurricane screen for inclement weather and storms.

Great improvement on this home. Newer construction so no real need to tear out windows that are only a few years old. Storm panels are just plain awful so we upgraded to Bertha HV accordion shutters and made life easier for storm prep!
