Beautiful day in Assisi! Of course we always stop at Ciotti Brothers to sample the delicious prosciutto and cheeses. Think you can slice it paper thin like the Fabio? Everyone gets a lesson and a turn to slice! Come with us next year and give it a try!

Just in case you were wondering if the tour is going well…😊 The only problem is that Dave can’t fit that bottle of wine in his suitcase!!

Here’s our latest group on an adventure with us in Umbria and Tuscany. A little wine, some truffles, a stroll by the sea! So far it’s been a magical time. The dates are set for next year so come in to the shop and get your name on the list!! Remember our days at the shop for this week and next week are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday!

Don’t forget to make a note of our hours for the next few weeks while we take another group to discover the Real Italy with us!!
