Oxidization of parts edges during the manufacturing process can cause problems from fit to paint adherence. Our laser cutting process removes oxidization and puts a slight chamfer on the edge allowing for proper powder coasting or paint adherence.

Because it is an additive manufacturing process, selective laser sintering (SLS) utilizes layering as a roller places a new fresh powder on top of the bed and the laser steps are repeated as needed.
