Spring cleaning isn’t just for the clutter is the home, but the clutter within as well.

The last few months have been BUSY— which is good, but taking time for what’s important for YOU is also important 🌸

Refilling my cup the last two weeks by seeing friends that give me belly laughs, good food and all around good vibes 🌞

How many of you are familiar with the “let them theory”?

It seems to be pretty trendy right now so I’m sure you have. If you haven’t, the idea of this is to let others act and behave how they want, because if they wanted to, they would.

I think this can be insightful because this places great emphasis on self rather than trying to control someone else’s actions or behaviors it gives room for self reflection on what we allow in our lives. It’s also important to note that not everyone may do things or know the knowledge you do so giving grace where needed is also insightful.
