Take 5 minutes and let council know they need to keep the single use plastic ban.

The theme of Stockton Earth Day Festival 2024 was "Choose Planet over Plastic". This action by council can not undo the work of the entire collective effort of the community. Generating plastic wastes precious water! Microplastics hurts human health! Plastic is not recycled!

Please help spread the word, tell council to do the right thing, and if you can come in person, that is best but you can call or email!

Urgent support and guidance can be provided by contacting Alicia Valenzuela directly.

Alright everyone. You heard it. The city manager used the word invasive to describe the concerns and efforts by the community to protect public health.

This is moreover triggering.

Invasive.

That's how he basically described the community.
