Every year, we do this workout for a reason.

Not because it’s fun.
Not because it’s easy.
And definitely not because we expect perfection.

We do Murph because discomfort for a couple hours is nothing compared to the sacrifice made by those who gave everything for this country.

The workout will be hard.
You’ll want to stop.

But you can do hard things. And for one day, we choose to lean into that discomfort together to honor, remember, and push with a different purpose.

You do not need to be the fastest.
You do not need to do it RX.
You just need to show up willing.

This is bigger than fitness.
This is about grit, gratitude, and remembering why we do it every single year.

We’ll be making woven bags using a guided craft kit—no experience needed, I promise. You’ll start with pre-cut materials and follow a simple weaving pattern to create your own functional, cute bag from start to finish.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the holidays with us! The food was delicious but the company was even better.
