The Lab

Some of the morning crew getting after it 💪

Every year, we do this workout for a reason.

Not because it’s fun.
Not because it’s easy.
And definitely not because we expect perfection.

We do Murph because discomfort for a couple hours is nothing compared to the sacrifice made by those who gave everything for this country.

The workout will be hard.
You’ll want to stop.

But you can do hard things. And for one day, we choose to lean into that discomfort together to honor, remember, and push with a different purpose.

You do not need to be the fastest.
You do not need to do it RX.
You just need to show up willing.

This is bigger than fitness.
This is about grit, gratitude, and remembering why we do it every single year.

Such a fun day! Rodeo beach, Coastal and Miwok Trail 🥾⛰️ Thank you guys for coming! & as always stay tuned for the next one! All are welcome, don’t be shy ☺️

Weather is going to be partly cloudy high of 57 and low of 53, UV Index is 7. Don’t forget the sunscreen ☀️🧴

Leading The Lab in this season of life is our greatest season yet

4th Annual Galentines! & This year we’re switching things up

We’ll be making woven bags using a guided craft kit—no experience needed, I promise. You’ll start with pre-cut materials and follow a simple weaving pattern to create your own functional, cute bag from start to finish.

Think:
✨ step-by-step instruction
✨ relaxed vibes (not perfection)
✨ chatting, sipping, snacking in our PJs
✨ leaving with something you actually made

Crafty or not, this is for you.! Come hang, create, and celebrate the gals 💌
