The College Tent is a popular stop at the Homecoming Hotspot. colleges and areas of the university show off what's new in their areas, give out treats (CPS cookies, yum!), and some offer the chance for students to win a scholarship or for alumni to have a scholarship named after them.

Homecoming is almost here and we wanted to congratulate Alumni who are being honored next Friday (10/9) at the Athletic Hall of Fame and the Pointer Impact Awards.

Congratulations to Tom Weaver '94 on receiving the Tom Butler Award for outstanding coverage of Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference athletics. Tom is the broadcast voice of UW-Stevens Point Men's Hockey and select UW-Stevens Point Women's Hockey Team games.
Weaver also serves on the Pointers Athletics Advisory Board and was named the Mary Ann Nighbor Volunteer of the Year in 2025 by the UW-Stevens Point Alumni Association.
