-Hey Pointers!
What is Trench? Trench is CoEd dodgeball with a twist! This game is played in Quandt gym in Champions hall on campus where two teams face off against each other while trying to throw a ball across the gym to hit one of their opponents on the fly. If someone gets hit by the ball, they must retreat to the trench area designated for their team. There is only one way someone can leave the horrific trench, one of their teammates must throw a ball over the heads of the opposing team and it must be caught on the fly in order to return to their teams homebase.
HEY POINTERS!!
I hope that you are all having a wonderful summer! It is incredibly important to stay active and healthy, especially when there are not a lot of activities around your area. There are LOTS of things that you can do throughout the summer in your backyard that will help you greatly in the long run.
Options:
Find an online workout to follow along with
Go for a walk/run around your neighborhood
Look into memberships for gyms in your area
Get together with a group of friends and head to the park
