The dying wish of an Ohio motorcycle aficionado that he be buried astride his beloved Harley-Davidson was fulfilled by his family.
Billy Standley's body was prepped by five embalmers with a metal back brace and straps, Dayton Daily News reported. He was affixed on top of his bike – a 1967 Electra Glide cruiser – which was then placed inside a Plexiglas casket. For five years, the box stayed in Standley's garage, one of his sons told the newspaper.
