Our entire staff requested this Saturday off, so you know something fun is happening!!! Seriously though, our values at PROCESS align wholeheartedly with those of Bucket Ruckus. We highly encourage you to attend their party this Saturday from 9 to 3 at their new location next to Pearl Street Gym on the west side of point.

After some tears and negotiations we have Saturday covered so we will be OPEN 🤣! AND… each of our staff have an opportunity to attend the talks they were hoping to catch.

Also, anyone else as bad as us about getting the bucket out? I swear. Sorry Bucket Ruckus and also thank you we love you!

See you there.

Happy Spring!!!! It’s a new year and we are ready for the longer days! This first quarter has been phenomenal. We are feeling confident as a team and a resource to our community. You have all shown us the love.

While we lost 3 days of sales to snow, staff got paid and were able to have some quiet time to get the boring work done! You were all VERY generous this weekend for making up sales. It shows and it means the world to us.

Keep spreading the word! New customers every day. Share this post with someone reminding them to get outside and downtown!!!

As always. Thank for capturing our pure joy!!!

I’m part of a few events this month you might want to join in on 🤎🖤❤️

Riverflow Womxn Gathering Potluck is back on February 21st. We moved it to the Jensen Center for winter. We are also tacking on to a Community Sing. While the 4-6 is for Womxn, the 6:30 event is open to all. My kids and partner will be joining me for the second part.
renew has invited me to host a webinar on Sustainable Spring Cleaning!!! I’ve invited folks from alllll over the country to join me. I’ve heard I’m funny and down to earth and make living sustainably approachable. Join us and find out.

DUBUQUE! Feb 28th at 2pm I’ll be on a panel with a couple other amazing indigenous women. This is for the Dubuque Reads series and the book is The Seed Keeper by Diane Wilson.

I’ve been at PROCESS Mondays if you need any in person shopping time with me otherwise!

Nothing like a thirst trap to get you excited for Valentine’s Day! Uh-oh. Call HR!
We are crawling out of the depths of January still but I think a Hallmark holiday might be just the thing to remind us we have a reason to keep going. First off, thank you Bad Bunny for reminding us that LOVE is more powerful than hate. Jeeze, did I need that.

Presents and affirmations are my love language, but since I own PROCESS I don’t get gifts cause I stock all the best ones. True fact, ask my husband.

Don’t forget to get something for your kiddos. I learned the hard way a couple years ago they expect it!

Hang out with your friends and do something sweet together. Normalize cuddling up with friends and going on sweet dates!

Do something sweet for yourself. Especially if you’re in the fourth week of your cycle, depressed by global politics, adhd, or simply just living. You deserve it.

Glad to be back on the internet. LOVE YOU ALL. Especially my staff, friends and for taking these damn cute photos.

We might have mimosas on Friday at the shop if I remember. Saturday we’ll be at Great Northern for the masquerade ball ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Looking for bodywork? PROCESS has partnered up with Alyssa of Threshold Healing at C Space in downtown Central Wisconsin.

Booking: https://www.thresholdhealing.com/centralwisconsin

These sessions are specialized to your particular issues or desires. Both somatic type sessions and deep tissue bodywork are offered. Alyssa is able to assist the healing of most issues including acute muscle injury, repetitive stress muscle injury, digestive issues, and emotional distresses showing as physical pain or limitation.
Specialization includes deep tissue techniques, cupping and mobility, along side light touch deep listening techniques. This combination of work allows the body to release tensions while also allowing the emotion attached to the physical to be seen and tended.

Every session is completely unique to the person receiving it. I practice from a trauma-informed approach and work with the body as a whole system.

Hours:
Monday 11am - 4pm
Tuesday 12:30-7:30pm
Thursday 11am - 7pm
Friday 11am - 7pm
At C-Space 933 Clark St.
