🚨🚨”Hi! I saw this pigeon (Bald Headed Roller) in my apartment complex. It was very friendly and let me and my dog get very close before flying away to a higher perch. It seemed to have trouble flying much higher than 10 or so feet, so it may have had its wings clipped. I know this species of pigeon is often domesticated and kept as pets, so I wanted to reach out in case somebody was missing it.

This was in the Reserve at Potomac Yard apartments in Alexandria.”🚨🚨
