Waking up to fog and everything damp lately has made me want to curl up with a good book, a stuffed animal, and fuzzy blanket! What about you?
Let’s get out of the house for awhile! Socialize with parents and peers, read, and play on this perfect Thursday!

And now we are at the last Sunday of the month!
Welcome Twisted Plotters Psychological Thrillers Book Club!

So much to do so little time to post!

We apologize for any strange noises you may have heard while visiting the library over the last month!

Our many community volunteers have been busy!
* Porch, stairs, and ramp sealed

* Mowing, and yard cleaning

*Donations from patrons, Kiwanis, Presumpscot, Triangle and Saccarappa Lodges for Furnace, AC and duct work materials to help us stay more comfortable and allow us to go forward with this project!

*Donation of skills and long hours “Tin Knocking” the duct work from a local neighbor, Brothers from Presumpscot Lodge ( and 4 year old son!) as well as our own Library volunteers.

* Donation of HVAC Skills and supply accounts to make this project happen! ( Shout out to The Granite Group and Fw Webb Windham for helping us navigate purchasing materials!

*Thank you to Fielding's Oil & Propane Co for Locking in an Affordable price on Propane where this is a new adventure with an unknown budget.

*The patience of our patrons as strange noises: tapping, vibrations, etc come from the basement!
We are getting closer to the finish line in the next week? As we wait for hook up of electrical, propane, and if an AC tech has available time for setting before winter.

*With still more to happen!
This box was just delivered as a Grant to us from Coalition of Maine! We are seeking volunteers to help pour 1 or 2 concrete pads for installs
(if you know of anyone interested!)

Thursday 10 AM All Ages Story Time & Fun!
Is all about Apple season!
We will pick our own Tactile Apples, sort colors, read about Apples, craft and taste test some fresh apples!
With library time to follow!

Thursday 2 PM words of Wisdom Writer’s Circle. New members and authors welcome! Come share experiences, stories, and works in need of edits!

5,4,3,2,1! We will be counting and making turtles at our All Ages Story Time & Fun!
