2019 was filled with an abundance of learning, growing and plenty of gratitude. I definitely want to take this opportunity to thank our two amazing kids and my amazing husband, who’ve stood by me, supported and helped me and sacrificed their entire summer and weekends so I could pursue this endeavor. I also want to extend a warm thank you to our family, friends, neighbors, Stamford Downtown, Harbor Point and all of you, who have given Triangles Eats this amazing opportunity! Thank you from my heart! I feel so Blessed!

When Triangles Eats was started, it was with the intention to provide a unique, healthier, tasty version of a food that I grew up with, the traditional Indian samosa. I added my own healthier twists to the original concept and the results were great! There was no real end goal, other than to pursue my passion with food and cooking and to provide a good simple healthier, fresh food option. I was open to wherever the journey was taking me.

Although our Triangles were embraced by many and things were going quite well, decisions had to be made. So, stepping into 2020 we decided to make some changes to our menu. This decision was compelled by two main factors, 1) a clearer understanding of what we wanted to offer and why, and 2) a personal health issue I was challenged with over the summer of 2019. During that time I started eating clean to detox and saw the amazing results of doing so. Seeing the first hand benefits of clean healthy eating, for myself and others around me, has truly helped pave this new path. Not to say I don’t enjoy my share of fun foods, I definitely do! However, eating clean truly helps bring a healthier balance.

So moving forward Triangles will be offering a menu of fresh vegan and vegetarian dishes, made with a variety of freshly made lentils, beans, vegetables, fresh paneer and freshly roasted and blended spices. No preservatives, no additives and no meatless alternatives. Just tasty, good clean eats! We will also offer catering portions. We look forward to having you try our new menu items and hope you come back for more! ♥️🙏🏽
