September Client Highlight: Catherine May O’Dowd | STL 🖤

Here’s what she had to say about her time at PLNK:
“I started at PLNK a year and a half ago and it quickly became my obsession! I love how individualized the classes are and how every instructor encourages me to push myself to the best of my ability. I always leave sweaty, shaky and mentally clear. The community is so special - everyone wants the best for each other and I am lucky to be a part of it!”

Catherine was nominated by Larissa O'Shea, an Instructor at STL, who shared the following Mega love:
“Anyone who knows Catherine May knows her as the most kind, passionate, driven, and loyal individual. She started coming a year a go in preparation for her wedding in June of 2026 and caught the bug. She shows up for early mornings before her shift as a nurse and rarely misses a class. She takes challenges when offered and will always provide feedback to the instructors post class. It is clients like her that make it worth showing up and programming intentional classes so that she feels challenged!

Fresh out of training and eager to serve up some shakes… meet the newest Instructors at STL, TUL, RGR, and OMA 🖤

Get to know them at their (free!) community classes on the schedule now!

Long weekend = more chances to PLNK 🖤
