Hey friends, its been a while! Since March 2020 (when the world changed), we've been constantly pivoting and shifting our operations to adapt to the ever changing times in order to survive as an organization. With that, a lot has changed and a lot has stayed the same.
New developments are we have achieved the highest level of food safety, SQF (Safe Quality Foods) Certification, placing us at the highest tier of food safety and traceability, on par with international food corporations. Also, our US Dept of Labor Apprenticeship Program to train Grow Technicians for certification was recognized as a leading training program due to its high completion rate and job attainment. Combined, these efforts have put Good Life back into the fold as a sustainable urban farming company that supplies hyper local veggies in our region, on top of taking our products nationwide (i.e., we can afford to stay in business, hooray!)
Aside from that, we're still doing the same old Good Life activities as we relaunched our youth and community gardening programs. Thanks so much to the residents of The Ville who got us out of our lonely funk and breathed new life back into our Evans Farm, as well as the spirits of our founders who are still going through PTSD from the chaos Covid 19 brought to the St. Louis urban farming community.

Locally produced Romaine lettuce with some TLC from the Good Life crew available year round at the Hamilton Hospitality Group establishments (PW Pizza, Vin de Set, 1111 Mississippi, Moulin, Hamilton Steakhouse). Check them out for some of the best food in the STL region and that supports hyper-local farming, cheers!
Local food production does not stop during the winter for the Good Life crew. Our team of talented Grow Technicians are skilled in the many disciplines of indoor and outdoor growing so we can keep up production 24/7/365. If you'd like to volunteer or register for our training programs email [email protected] to learn more. Cheers!

On a positive note, the burnt orange Chevy Avalanche used to steal our Mobile Produce stand was recovered by police in the Carondalet Park are last Friday around noon (it was stolen from South St. Louis county). On a sour note...our produce stand is still missing and the person seen driving the stolen vehicle and his accomplice are still at large.
We're still hopeful our produce stand is still in 1 piece and out there somewhere. If you see it rolling around please contact the authorities and/or message us directly.
