We had a ton of fun at the Van Gogh interactive exhibit. His creativity and persistence are incredibly inspiring. The exhibit was immersive and powerful and I truly felt affected by the way the works were presented. We stayed through the whole thing twice.

Today we are writing a federal complaint detailing unlawful conditions for pre-trial detainees in Adair County, Missouri. We will show in this case that pre-trial detainees are subjected to numerous restrictions on their medical care, including through Adair County's direction to their medical personnel to misdiagnose critical conditions to force pre-trial detainees to take bad offers from prosecutors.

We are putting forward a novel theory in the case involving the First Amendment. The First Amendment restricts the ability of the government to mandate that employed medical personnel make false statements. This issue hasn't been litigated in this context but we think we have a winning theory.

We have also been working on some case research for vehicles that have defects causing serious injuries. As you can see from this attached picture, many of the options for safety that vehicle manufactures install can misfire and cause serious injury.
