A warm Altus welcome to Ryan Buesching, summer intern in our St. Louis office. Ryan is a St. Louis native and a rising senior at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he is studying Business Administration and Economics. Ryan has experience in international finance and business strategy and will be working with our capital markets team.

Crews have been hard at work transforming our St. Louis and Minnesota office spaces, and things are taking shape! The finishing touches are still in progress, but we couldn't wait to share a preview. Many thanks to Sarah Mansholt for her leadership. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

The Altus Properties Care Team recently spent the afternoon volunteering at the St. Louis Area Foodbank where we sorted food drive donations, packaged 352 senior food boxes, and bagged 8,000 pounds of potatoes for neighbors in need. Together, these efforts helped provide food assistance for 17,228 people — the equivalent of feeding one person for 15.73 years. We’re proud to support organizations making a meaningful difference across our community.

The Altus St. Louis team has been fortunate to visit with Danny Moore, a chaplain with Marketplace Chaplains, weekly in our office for the past seven years. Danny provided care, support, insight — and a good chat. We congratulate him on his retirement and are very grateful for his steady presence in our office! He will be missed.

Go Cards! The Altus St. Louis office took in a day game in the 703 Club at Busch Stadium. Our team looks forward to it every year — it's a great way to kick off the warm weather season. We didn't bring home the W, but a good time was had by all!

Every spring, Altus offers our teammates the opportunity to mix and mingle. The Altus Lunch League groups team members from different divisions, providing an opportunity to gather with colleagues that may not work together day to day. This year, five groups of Altus St. Louis team members enjoyed lunch at a local Clayton eatery, while our Minnesota office gathered as a group.
