The Heavy Anchor is going through a rough time because someone drove into the front of their building on Saturday. Some were saying it was the rush of people running away from our performance Friday night that knocked down the wall, but that was not the case. The Heavy Anchor crew has been incredibly nice to Superfun over the years and I hope if you have a few nickels to spare you can help them out. I've performed there countless times, they've give me some really rad opportunities and it has been pretty common to see some of the crew wearing Superfun shirts when I play. I am so thankful for their kindness over the years, it truly means a lot. Superfun was the last band to play at The Heavy Anchor before this incident. The last song performed at Heavy Anchor can't be me smacking my butt and singing about Reba McEntire. It ain't right I tell you! I wish everyone from The Heavy Anchor the best and hope to see them open again real soon! Love you Heavy Anchor.
