We believe happy and fulfilled employees lead to happy and fulfilled customers. That's why we've made emotional, financial, physical, and social well-being the heart of our Be Well program—because taking care of our people isn't a perk, it's a priority. This World Mental Health Day, we're proud to offer resources that support our team, every day of the year.

Connection is at the heart of everything we do — and this month, we're celebrating the people who make our workplace richer, stronger and more dynamic.
This year's theme for Hispanic Heritage Month, "Unidos, Somos Más" — Together, We Are More — is more than a phrase. It's a belief we live every day. When we embrace different perspectives, experiences and ideas, we don't just build a better workplace — we unlock new possibilities for our people, our customers and our communities.
Today, we're proud to spotlight Carla Morales, who's sharing what this month means to him and what we can achieve when we come together.
Diversity isn't just something we celebrate — it's how we connect to what's possible.

Modern factories and warehouses are more dynamic than ever — people, robots, and automation sharing the same floor space. In 2023, U.S. manufacturing saw 391 fatal injuries, and the average medically consulted injury costs $48K. It's time to move from reactive safety to proactive intelligence.
We, along with NVIDIA, and Accenture, have joined forces to deliver an Edge AI solution that combines industrial networking, AI simulation, and real-time analytics — helping manufacturers build toward a vision of zero-incident workplaces while also improving quality and efficiency.
Explore the full solution on our new landing page, download the solution brief, and watch our video series on how physical AI is transforming the shopfloor. Discover it by clicking the link in the comment section.

We recently welcomed our newest cohort of EMEA interns for the first regional Internship Program onboarding hosted at our Olen, Belgium facility.
It kicked off the night before with a team dinner and some friendly team-building — the kind of informal moment where real connections start to form. From there, the energy carried into a full day built around one idea – helping our interns see how the pieces fit together.
The day brought business insights, peer introductions, personal branding guidance, and the launch of our new Internship Passport — a tool to help interns navigate and own their journey with us.
More than an orientation, it was the start of a network — across countries, functions, and career paths — for a group of future leaders just getting started.
We believe better connections unlock untold possibilities. Watching this cohort connect with each other, and with what's possible in their careers, was proof of exactly that.
Welcome to the team — we can't wait to see where you take it.

How smart transport networks move millions
Millions of passengers. Thousands of connected assets. Zero room for disruption.
Modern mass transit systems are no longer just about trains, tracks and stations. They depend on smart, resilient networks connecting everything from signaling and surveillance to passenger information, operational systems and real-time monitoring.
When these systems work together, operators can:
• See more with real-time visibility across critical infrastructure
• Respond faster when disruptions occur
• Connect reliably across demanding transportation environments
• Scale confidently as passenger volumes and connected assets grow
• Protect operations with network resilience and cybersecurity built in
The result? A transportation network that doesn't simply move people moves millions of people safely, efficiently and reliably. Because when the world is ready to move, smart transport networks need to be ready for anything.

Integrity and sustainability aren't static — they evolve with the world around us.
That's why we revisit our Code of Conduct every three to five years to ensure it reflects our current business and world. Our most recent update, in 2025, added new guidance on AI, anti-money laundering processes and responsible use of social media.
We bring that same intentionality to our environmental performance. As of the end of 2025, 14 of our locations hold ISO 14001 certification, covering 64% of our operational footprint. Our goal: 100% of our manufacturing footprint certified by 2030.

Every second counts in a warehouse. When systems are disconnected, visibility drops, downtime rises, and performance suffers.
Our complete solutions connect every facet of your warehouse — eliminating integration challenges and transforming disparate systems into unified, high-performance networks. Our global Customer Innovation Centers (CICs) understand the demands of fast-moving production environments, where systems need to stay connected, secure and reliable. With practical network and data solutions, our CIC experts help keep critical operations running while supporting better visibility across the plant floor.
It's our collaborative approach and deep vertical expertise that make the difference across industries — including warehousing and logistics.
Watch the video then experience the future for yourself. Visit one of our global CICs and see what's possible when everything connects. Click the link in the comment section to contact a representative and schedule your visit.

AI is rewriting the rules for data center infrastructure — and flexibility is now the price of admission.
At YOTTA 2026 last week, JSA TV sat down with Brian Kennedy to unpack how modular, scalable, vendor-agnostic infrastructure gives data center operators the flexibility they need as AI workloads evolve.
Brian also dives into:
• Connectivity, networking, power, rack and cooling considerations shaping AI-ready environments
• Why interoperability between equipment and control systems from different vendors is critical to future-proofing your infrastructure
Watch the full conversation and learn how to connect to what's possible in the AI era. Watch now: https://bit.ly/4xTY7YG

Rapid growth exposed a hidden problem for KTH Parts Industries, Inc.: a flat, Layer 2 network never designed to support 2,000+ connected devices, new production lines, and rising OEM cybersecurity demands. The outcome was 14 unplanned downtime events — with no clear way to find the root cause.
Rather than a rip-and-replace fix, KTH started with discovery: a network assessment that gave them, for the first time, real visibility into what was connected and where problems originated.
From there, we helped KTH rebuild the network into 22 independently managed VLAN zones with managed industrial Ethernet switches and redundancy — phased in alongside scheduled shutdowns to keep production running. The payoff: downtime that once threatened the whole plant now stays contained to a single zone, and KTH has the infrastructure to scale confidently toward Industry 4.0.
Curious what's hiding in your own network? Read the full KTH case study by clicking on the link in the comment section. to see how it's done.
