This week, our team participated in a 2-day event hosted by JA JobSpark at the Indiana State Fair Grounds! GadellNet, alongside other area businesses, had the chance to interact with nearly 13,000 eighth graders and educate them about career opportunities in tech. Our focus was on Cybersecurity and password protection. Students learned about threat actors and how they use the information we post and tag to access basic security questions and reset passwords. What an awesome experience to be a part of!

Our final 20th-anniversary event took place in downtown Indianapolis at Pins Mechanical Company last Thursday. Craft beer, pinball, duckpin bowling, and good company – what an amazing way to conclude our celebrations. We were so grateful to be joined by some of our partners in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, and it was great to host the executive and St. Louis team members who traveled to the event. Thank you, Indy Team, for all you do for our organization and to power our partners' missions. That’s a wrap on 20 years, folks!

Our 20th anniversary celebrations continued this Thursday in St. Louis at our office in the Botanical Heights neighborhood. When Joe Gadell started the company, he promised his clients dependable, locally managed IT services. We are so proud to still power the missions of some amazing St. Louis partners. Last night, many of them joined us in celebrating our successes. We ate delicious food from Seoul Taco and Apple of My Eye Sweet Treats, played games, and vibed with an amazing DJ. Our friends from Stray Rescue of St. Louis even brought some four-legged guests of honor for adoption! Cheers to another 20 years and thank you to our STL employees for supporting our organization.

When we ask employees about our Blue culture, and what makes it so special, they almost always tell us our fun and collaborative environment makes all the difference. Team building is consistent, and once the hard work is done, we love to celebrate our successes together. This year, GadellNet has the great honor of celebrating our 20th year as a business. Each office is celebrating in a unique way, and our Denver team kicked things off last week with an eventful evening at Dave and Buster’s. They ordered a ton of food and played a lot of games. Near the end, a few employees even pooled their tickets to help win prizes for one of their kids! They had a blast, and we are so lucky to have each Denver teammate support our company mission.

We were considering updating our dress code this year, so we asked our employees to submit some ideas for appropriate office attire. Sunglasses, jerseys, and ballerina dresses - oh my!
