THIS is 73. This is 73 years of being active. This is 73 years, raising 2 kids on her own. Attending spin classes and participating in mud runs through her 40’s, doing yoga and attaining her 500 hours of yoga teacher training in her 50’s. She’s battled osteopenia, endured back surgery, fractured her back and endured another back surgery, just 4 weeks later. Years of doing planks to keep her core strength up through her 60’s At 73 years old, she’s attending TRX classes, playing pop tennis, and returning to her yoga teaching. Never stop stopping. Keep on keepin on. This is 73. This is my Mom.

Week 1 of my insane schedule but I get up to work out because I have people rooting for me. My clients, friends and family reminding me that I can do this. I’ve got this. Working 2 jobs and maintaining this property keeps me going but most of all it’s the amazing humans that are in my corner that keep me going. Who's ready for in person classes?! It's been quite some time since l've taught classes in person and I'm so ready to be back! If you’re a client or attending my classes, this month we will be working on form. Using your hands the proper way so your wrists don’t have to work so hard and lengthening that body will be our focus. If you’re not tall you’ll move like you are. It can be done says the 5’ 1” girl.
