Some conversations change the way you think about life without you even realizing it.

This week on the podcast, we’re joined by Lauren Ponder for a deeply human conversation about legacy, end-of-life planning, and why talking about death might actually be one of the most loving things we can do for the people around us.

If you’ve ever avoided these conversations… this episode is for you. ❤️

Okay but… why DO we all act like talking about death summons a ghost into the room? 👻😅

In next week’s "We're At The Age" podcast episode, death doula Lauren Ponder helps us unpack why these conversations feel so awkward... and why avoiding them usually makes things way harder for the people we love.

We’re talking:
🖤 death plans
🖤 hard conversations
🖤 what happens when nobody has a plan
🖤 and how preparing ahead can actually be an act of love

It’s honest, funny, thoughtful, and probably the most comforting conversation you didn’t know you needed. Last Call + With Love

🎙️ Full episode drops next week on all platforms. For now… enjoy this little sneak peek. 👀
