Omar Mahmud | Wall Ball 2025 Artist
Blending the influences of his Colombian and Palestinian roots, Omar Mahmud brings a rare depth and cultural richness to his work as a tattoo artist and visual storyteller. Born in Chicago and raised in St. Louis, Omar’s journey as a first-generation American has shaped a creative lens grounded in duality—heritage and modernity, identity and evolution.
Working from his private tattoo/art studio in St. Louis, Omar continues to expand his artistry beyond tattooing—creating work that celebrates connection and transforms personal stories into living expressions of identity and culture.
Omar’s piece will be created live at Wall Ball on November 15th, 2025. Guests are invited to bid on each artist’s piece during the evening, and take it home!
Proceeds from each artwork go directly to the artist and

Teaching artist highlight!
Meet Sif Fister, one of our amazing Teaching Artists 🎨
“Sif is an artist focusing on ceramic sculpture and printmaking, with a passion for art education and celebration especially for young kids.
They currently are a part-time preschool assistant teacher at Hope Montessori Academy where they get to do art projects and lessons with the kids. Sif also makes various sculpture and some pottery out of clay and fired with the help of their teacher friends at St. Louis University High School.
Sif finds every step of the artist’s journey from childhood throughout life needs to be supported, encouraged, and celebrated. Everyone is at different levels of art practice, but each person can only grow as an artist if they are encouraged to let their imagination run and make interesting marks from their own unique mind onto the canvas. Places like Artscope are crucial to leading kids into a creatively flourishing future.”
