Hey Hey Meet our ADRDC Family Member Jon-David Gunther, who recently crushed the Go! St. Louis Half Marathon on April 11 with an impressive time of 1:35:40.This was only his second race ever, and it’s one he’ll never forget. From the electric atmosphere to the supportive crowd and those pre-race nerves, Jon-David loved every second of it. He’s officially hooked on the process and that unmistakable feeling of accomplishment! When he's not hitting the pavement, you can find him on the dance floor! Jon-David is a member of our Salsa Synergy Class on Thursday nights at 7:30pm at St. Louis Academy of Dance. He is currently training for his first full marathon on September 26 in Belleville, Illinois, and is excited for the road ahead. Come join us in class and follow his journey at:
