For the woman who’s outgrown the life she built. nervous system • identity • embodiment • aligned life & work

The women I work with aren’t lacking potential.
They’re usually some of the most capable people in the room.
They’re thoughtful.
Hardworking.
Self-aware.
Deeply caring.
And yet they’re exhausted…not because they’re failing.
Because they’re carrying versions of themselves that no longer fit.
The people-pleaser.
The perfectionist.
The overthinker.
The woman who’s become really good at being who everyone else needs her to be.
The woman who keeps waiting until she’s more certain, more ready, more confident.
At some point, those strategies stop feeling helpful and start feeling heavy.
That’s usually when someone finds me.
Not because they need fixing. That’s not the work we do. They’re ready to stop abandoning themselves.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
✨ Comment MORE and I’ll send you my free self-discovery guide, Meant for More. ✨
I think a lot of women know they’re meant for more.
The challenge isn’t knowing it. It’s understanding why you feel so disconnected from it.
That’s why I created Meant for More…a free guided audio and reflection experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and explore what may be happening beneath the surface.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, exhausted, or like you’re craving more but can’t quite access it, this is for you!
Download it through the link in my bio or comment MORE and I’ll send it directly to you. 🤍

You can know yourself well and still have more to understand.
The patterns.
The self-doubt.
The second-guessing.
The feeling that something isn’t quite aligned.
What if there’s more beneath the surface?
Tomorrow, I’m sharing something I’ve been creating for the woman who’s ready to see herself differently.
The older I get, the less interested I am in quick fixes and the more interested I am in understanding what’s actually underneath the pattern.
Something I’ve been quietly creating is coming Monday. 🤍

Have you ever caught yourself thinking:
“There has to be more than this.”
And then immediately reminding yourself of everything you have to be grateful for?
I’ve noticed a lot of women live in that tension. The tension between gratitude and longing. Between appreciating what is and wondering what else might be possible.
Maybe that’s worth paying attention to…
Something for the woman who knows there’s more is coming Monday. 🤍
“What do I actually want?”
The truth is, many of us were taught to prioritize being responsible, productive, agreeable, successful, or helpful long before we learned how to listen to ourselves.
So when life starts feeling misaligned, we assume we need a new plan, a new strategy, or a major life change.
Sometimes what we actually need is to reconnect with ourselves. When you trust yourself, everything changes.
Decisions become clearer.
Boundaries become easier.
Opportunities become easier to evaluate.
You stop looking outside yourself for answers you’ve carried all along.
If you’ve been feeling like something needs to change lately, I’d love to know:
What feels most out of alignment right now?

You can be grateful for what you’ve built and still want more.
More connection.
More alignment.
More joy.
More fulfillment.
More of yourself.
Not because your life is wrong…because growth asks different questions than the ones that got you here.
Sometimes the most important thing isn’t fixing your life.
It’s paying attention to what no longer fits.
What if your desires aren’t something to ignore…
What if they’re trying to tell you something?
Mocktails & Mindfulness
July 9
A cozy night of journaling, conversation, reflection, mocktails, and community with other women who are learning to trust themselves a little more deeply.
Come grab a seat on the couch with us. 🤍
Most women come to me thinking they need a better plan.
What they actually need is a deeper connection with themselves.
Because it’s hard to create a life, business, or relationship that feels aligned when you’ve lost touch with who you are and what you want.
That’s the work…and it’s also where the transformation begins.
If this resonates, my DMs are always open 🤍
