We are thrilled to announce the rollout of ERGs or Employee Resource Groups at Sapper. We held our first preview event, Wine Down Wednesday, for our Women's ERG. Our panel which consisted of members of our director and the executive team was asked a series of questions pertaining to leadership style and promoting inclusion in the workplace.

This ERG is a place where we cultivate resources, stimulate discussion, and share best practices to best support and enhance the personal and professional development of women at Sapper. We wanted to give a special thank you to our sponsor, The Only Facial. On top of their support, they provided goodie bags, and a free facial for all in attendance.

Each year our Annual Picnic is better than the last. Here's a quick look at this year's event. Thank you to all of our team members who were able to come out and enjoy the day with their families.

Last week, our team had our office olympics challenge! Players were timed on a word search, binder clip race and scratch paper basketball. We had over 75 players come through and play but in the end the fastest time was our receptionist and executive assistant, Cassi at a quick 14 seconds. A day full of competition and camaraderie is what Dragon Boat Races are all about! We had a blast this past weekend at the 16th Annual Gateway Dragon Boat Festival. BIG shoutout to all of our Sapper team members and families who came out to support and row in the races.
