Just dropped this custom life-size cow head off at it’s new home this afternoon. I was contacted to do this commission shortly after I posted my first ‘taxidermy’ piece, and was given virtually full creative freedom within a few parameters. This was sculpted from styrofoam, hard coated, with cast sculpted teeth and opalite eyes. I added color-changeable and dimmable LEDs behind the eyes as a little bonus to the recipient for being the best kind of client an artist could ask for. It was a little nerve-wracking as he wanted to be totally surprised with the end product, but we’re both absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.

The dust is settling from Transworld 2024, and what an amazing show! You all were so kind about my work during my first year on my own, and we made the best with the odd booth location. However, I still have a few pieces looking to be adopted. Reach out to me for prices and I’ll probably give you a pretty good deal. And as always, I’m taking orders for custom one of a kind pieces.
