Here’s my recommendation!! At this point you’re all my friends on the challenges, therefore here’s my recommendation! Why? As we are charting the unknown territory of 2023, we all have areas in our lives that need healing.

On any day, we can say that we “want” to do better or we want to “be” better … but it’s only when you’re ready will real progress be made. Healing is often ugly, some times unpredictable, but always necessary.
