Wanted to hop on and update everyone through here, who might not see me over the next couple weeks.
Price increases are coming Nov 1st, keep an eye out for $5-15$ increases to all my services,
Keep in mind I also charge the color cost on top of my service cost. It has been 3 years since I have increased services prices.

The cost of color/products has been an ongoing increase since 2021 when I started using the salon scale of measuring and charging for products.

**Please know that was not increase to my service take home amount.

I wanted to break down what truly goes into your service
(All over Color $90 I include your hair cut and style in this price which is 40$ value. Your color cost roughly $10-15$, so typically $100-105$/most salons are easily 150$ for this service.) I have been calling and checking around and it’s time for me to try to compete. I have heard lately the word cheap in a Facebook post and I was tagged as a go to stylist, it’s truly degrading I know most are heartfelt and just trying to give business but this coming year I want to give great quality but I will no longer be the cheapest stylist around.

I have lights, water,trash, luckily my building is paid for but I do have business insurance, stock of supplies to keep my business running day to day, that comes out of those wages I make. So it’s time for adjustments so my wage is enough, know when you use me as your stylist, you not only support me and my family, but you support my business and it is very dear to me! I love what I do! And I love keeping my prices fair I often say I’m not trying to get rich, but I also do have to stay up with the times to makes ends meet. feel free to reach out if you have any questions on pricing I’d love to chat!!
