There’s a kind of heartbreak that doesn’t get talked about enough.

It’s watching your child try so hard…
and still not fit.

Not because they’re doing anything wrong.
But because the environment was never built for them.

I lived that.
Doctor appointments.
Hard days.
Phone calls.
Tears in the car after pickup.

And this constant feeling of…

“Why is this so hard? It shouldn’t be this hard.”

My daughter is neurodivergent and medically complex.

She needed support, flexibility, understanding.
Instead, she was expected to keep up, sit still, adjust, and push through.

And I remember thinking—
this system isn’t broken.
It’s just not built for kids like her.

But kids like her still deserve a place to belong.
So we stopped waiting for something better to exist…
and we built it.

Wild Wonder was never some big, polished idea.

It was messy.
It was emotional.
It was built in the middle of figuring things out in real time.

It was built by parents who were tired of watching their kids struggle in places that weren’t made for them.

And somehow… it worked.

Families started coming.
And then more families.
And then more.

Not because we had everything perfect—
but because they felt it.

They felt that this place was different.
That their kids could exhale here.
That they didn’t have to explain everything.
That they weren’t “too much” or “not enough.”

Now here we are.

Two years in…
over 260 students…

and still growing faster than we ever imagined.

Every one of those students has a story.
A reason they needed something different.

Just like ours.

We’re stretched.
We’re outgrowing spaces.
We’re constantly trying to keep up with the need.

But we’re not slowing down.

Because this was never just about starting a school.

It was about building a place where kids are seen…
families feel supported…
and learning actually works.

Fall Registration at Wild Wonder Collective Is Opening!!

Looking for flexible classes, hands-on learning, and a welcoming homeschool community?

Wild Wonder Collective, located in Springtown, TX, is a homeschool microschool where families can build the schedule that works best for them — whether that’s one class, a few enrichment classes, or a full academic program.

🍂 Fall Semester: August 17 – December 18
(Closed Thanksgiving week)

Core Academic Program (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

📚 $125 per class per month
📚 $475 per month for the full core program
📚 $20 one-time supply fee per class

✅ Core registration is OPEN now

Enrichment Classes (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays)

✨ $40 per class per month
✨ Most classes have a one-time supply fee (around $30 for the semester)

📅 All enrichment classes will officially release for registration March 13.

Our annual family registration fee is $50, due August 1.

If you don’t see a teacher listed next to a class yet, it simply means we are still hiring the perfect teacher for that class.

Families join Wild Wonder for one class, a few classes, or a full weekly schedule.

This one-week camp is perfect for our younger stars who are ready to step into the spotlight, make new friends, and perform in a full show by the end of the week.

Wild Wonder has grown to 260 students.
Two hundred and sixty families who believe in what we’re building.
Two hundred and sixty kids walking through our doors each week ready to learn, create, and belong.

And now… we need more incredible core teachers to grow with us.

We are currently hiring part-time core teachers for Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional teaching opportunities available for electives on other days.
We are looking for educators with a background in teaching who specialize in:
• Math
• Language Arts
• Science
• History / Social Studies

But more than credentials, we’re looking for heart.
We’re looking for teachers who: ✨ See the child, not just the curriculum

Build It! Imagine It! STEM Camp is a hands-on summer camp where young creators become little engineers, builders, and problem-solvers. Campers will design structures, experiment with materials, explore simple machines, and bring big ideas to life through playful STEM challenges.
