Comet Cleaners Springtown

Happy 1-Year Anniversary, to our newest team member, Teegan!

A year of “yes ma’am,” hard work, and cleaning anything that stands still! 😂

You’re dependable, respectful, efficient, and such a valued part of our Comet family. We’re lucky to have you!

THANK YOU Paradise!

One year ago, with the help of Brown's Custom Leather, we stepped into the Paradise community and brought Comet Cleaners Springtown services to Wise County.

We appreciate everyone who has trusted us, welcomed us, and made the choice to stay local.

🥂 Cheers to clean clothes, loyal customers and community support

Today we celebrate Shannon as she enters into year 5 with us!

Shannon knows how to do just about everything in the store, and I can rely on her heavily to keep things running smoothly when I’m not there. Dependable, capable, hardworking, are just a few ways to describe her. We’re so thankful for everything Shannon does and all the responsibility she takes on.

Happy Work Anniversary, Shannon. We appreciate you!

A little heart to heart.

We are a small locally owned business, and we’ve built our strong brand reputation around treating customers right to build long-term trust and loyalty.

We don’t request you pay for services before they’re rendered, and we don’t require you to keep a card on file. But, unfortunately, over the last few years we’ve questioned how we do business.

Lately, we’ve had an increasing number of orders dropped off and then never picked up, or simply refuse to pickup or pay for. We’ve reached out month after month— for up to a year—via phone calls and texts, and still have orders sitting here.

Refusing to pay for services that have been provided and requested, or leaving an order with no intention of returning, is no different than walking out on a tab at a restaurant, its theft of services, which hurts small businesses.

Behind this counter are real employees and a real small business trying to make an honest living. Our staff has already spent their time doing the work and still have to be paid, our rent, utilities, equipment, supplies, and other operating expenses still have to be covered, those costs don’t disappear because you’ve changed your mind.

We’d much rather continue doing business the old fashioned way - with trust, communication, and a little common courtesy. However if we don’t see a change in this issue we may have to reevaluate our payment structure.

We’re thankful for every customer who understands that supporting a small business goes both ways. We appreciate your business, your trust, and the relationships we’ve built along the way. ❤️

Five years… on and off. 🤪 But hey, she keeps coming back, so we must be doing something right!

Kelsey is dependable, respectful, kind, and always gets the job done. We’re sure glad she’s part of the Comet Cleaners family.

We appreciate you, Kelsey!

Happy Birthday, America!
Looking good for 250, must be all that freedom 😝✌🏼🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the men who can fix anything, know every shortcut in town, and somehow still can’t find the ketchup in the fridge.
Enjoy your day gentlemen!
