Last year Josie Wales had her first baby but it was premature and didnt make it. I would see her looking at the other mommas as they loved on their calves and I was saddened with seeing that. Look what we just found. Josie had her little one and we named it Jewell. Little baby girl so tiny but so healthy. Such a blessing. We love Jewell and we are happy that Josie has her a baby to love. So precious.

Calamity Jane hasn't had but one calf in 7 years. Last year we put Showtime in this pasture because Super Duty hasn't been having calves like typical. Well you know Cinderella had a little surprise when she started showing a bag and had April. Such a beautiful story. Well, I told Gina a few weeks ago I planned to take Calamity Jane to the sale barn. She just wasn't having calves and it seemed she wouldn't. It's been enough time now as I look back and guess what just happened. Calamity Jane had this little precious calf we named Gracie. Showtime is the dad. Look at her ears and her colors. I can't believe Showtime bred Cinderella and Calamity Jane and now we have two of the most precious little girl calves one can imagine. And Bessie Mae had Willow. Super Duty is the dad of her. This pasture has 3 of the cutest little girl calves you will find. Love them.

Love them. Special times in the country. We have fun. They live the Brahmans. Especially Super Duty. Super Duty loves them. Super Duty was born in 2018. Super Duty was raised with the grandkids. It's always a peaceful time when they come over to spend time with Gina and I.
