Anyone else hate New Year’s resolutions or is that just me?

Well I want to give you a space where it’s not just a resolution, it’s a life change! This is for me too so I’m so excited for it!!!

In 3 weeks I will be kicking off a new program for my LADIES!!!!

I personally will have just had my 3rd baby and I am so ready to hit the ground running! Whether you’re seasoned in the gym or brand new, come start with me! This will be more than going to the gym and going home!

MOMS if you’ve been looking for a group this will be the one!!

I will be doing a pre registration for this class since we have limited space but I can always add another class time!

Hey guys just want to do some educating! Not every class will be the same price at the same gym. Some classes are completely different than others with different trainers resulting in different pricing!

We are so excited to have our new classes here and TG works very hard on these classes and programs!!

The new classes are NOT apart of your current membership being they are not the membership you signed up for originally but you can always change memberships at any time! Just keep in mind there may be a price difference.
