Would you be able to describe for us customers what measures you are taking to make a Salon appointment safe for the customer and hairstylist? Are your stylists and shampoo assistants regularly tested for Covid since they come in contact with many customers?
I would love to come in for a cut and color but am very nervous given I am 63. Would it be safer to break up a cut and color into two separate appointments to limit time inside the salon?

Can I get an appointment in Arlington -Lee Highway-anytime soon?

I wish to complement David on the outstanding cleanliness of his salon prior to the virus shut down. I felt so safe while there. Unlike the doctor or optomistrist, David and staff had removed all the magazines. All surfaces were constantly disinfected while I was there. No door handles needed to be touched (enter in front, leave in back). Clients were 6' or more apart. No one was coughing, sneezing, etc. and I saw hand sanitizer in full use. I also know that only those staff members choosing to work were there. No one was required to be there. David, feel free to skip the magazines going forward. It looked so much better and cleaner without them and we all have phones these days. I realize some people were unhappy that you were open at all but, personally, I thank you, Sara, Kay, and the rest of the staff for waiting to close and for providing advance warning to clients. Your professionalism has not gone unnoticed nor unappreciated. I sincerely hope that you and the staff remain safe and healthy while we all hide in our homes until it is safe to resume regular, daily living. Thank you!
