Chef Ron ended the week with two amazing teaching kitchens—one for faculty & staff and one for students! Both featured sushi education, hands-on learning to make different rolls, and an overall special experience.

We even had a sushi cake to celebrate a special birthday! 🎂🍣

Welcome home, Springfield! Last week, we celebrated the start of a new semester with our Welcome Home Event! 🎉

Students enjoyed samples and giveaways from our local partners, delicious buffalo chicken dip, beverages and Sweet Loren’s cookies from our RD Kathy, plus a ReusePass table helping students get signed up for their reusable to-go container account. 💚

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and helped us kick off another great semester!
