Real Life Church
Welcome to Real Life Church! We are a Non-Denominational church in Springfield, Missouri. Join us Sundays at 10:30AM.
The average Christian prays about one minute a day.
The average pastor? Five.
Jesus didn’t give us “ask, seek, knock” as a nice saying. He put it at the end of the Sermon on the Mount because everything He just taught (loving enemies, laying up treasure in heaven, taking the plank out of our own eye) is impossible without His help.
Yesterday, Pastor Tim walked through Matthew 7:7-11 and the six things that actually open the door: a real relationship with the Father, a clear conscience, praying in His will, pure motives, relentless pursuit, and trusting His goodness even when the answer isn’t what we pictured.
Don’t stop knocking.

We’ve got a spot saved just for you!
Come worship with us, connect with our church family, and experience what God is doing this Sunday at 10:30 AM. 🙌
We’d love to see you there!
Yesterday was a good one: More bricks. Fewer hammers.
Matthew 7:1–6
Jesus isn’t telling us to close our eyes. He’s inviting us to see clearly - to stop condemning and start discerning. First ourselves. Then each other. Gently.
People love to pull out “judge not” when they don’t want to hear the truth. But the same chapter is actually a gift: take the log out of your own eye, then help with the speck… when they’re ready.
Snap judgments are easy. Love that hopes all things is better and that’s the kind of church Jesus is building in us.
Do you have someone who will come to you in love?
Are you that kind of friend?

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2
This is what we’re called to do—to show up for one another, to stand together, to pray, to help carry the burdens we were never meant to carry alone, and to remind each other that we’re not alone.
What a beautiful Sunday together as a church family, praying for one another and carrying each other’s burdens before the Lord.
God cares more about who you’re becoming than what you’re accumulating.
This Sunday Logan walked through why character matters, how God actually builds it, and why the pressure you’re in right now might be the very thing forming you.
The trial isn’t there to destroy you. It’s there to prepare you.

There's something powerful about a room full of hearts turning toward God.
One song. One lifted voice. One church praising the name of Jesus together.
"Sing to the Lord, for He has done glorious things; let this be known throughout the world." — Isaiah 12:5
We have a seat saved for you this Sunday at 10:30am😁
Worry doesn’t have to win.
This Sunday Pastor Tim walked us through Matthew 6:25-34 in our Sermon on the Mount series. Jesus doesn’t just say “don’t worry”—He shows us why we don’t have to.
Your treasures, your focus, and who you call Master determine whether anxiety owns you or not. Seek first His kingdom, pause and ask God before you react, and stop dragging tomorrow’s problems into today’s grace. His mercies are new every morning.

A house of prayer. A place of worship.
We believe church isn’t just a place we gather—it’s a place where we come to seek God, lift our voices in worship, and make room for Him to move.
“‘My house shall be called a house of prayer.’” — Matthew 21:13
We’re grateful for Sundays like this. 🙌
Sending Your Treasures Ahead | Matthew 6:19-20 | Pastor Tim Fleener
Jesus said, “Don’t store up treasures on earth… store up treasures in heaven.”
In a world that constantly pushes temporary things, this message challenges us to ask: What am I really investing in?
We look at:
• When a rich man is actually poor
• Why money can’t satisfy
• Five practical ways to send your treasures ahead of you
There’s nothing wrong with wealth. God wants us to enjoy what He’s given. The danger is treasuring the temporary instead of using it for the eternal.
“He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.” – Jim Elliot
Watch the full message and let it challenge your perspective on true wealth.
