Springfield Community Players (SCP) traces back to the fall of 1920, with the purpose to “create and sustain interest in all matters pertaining to the drama.” SCP is still active, claiming the title of longest operating amateur theater group in Vermont.

Kallah Turner, who some call SCP’s Sweetheart, is back in the black box to play Calypso, the eccentric and charismatic student who’s lived through it all, and maybe even a zombie apocalypse.
