Summer schedule updates!

We're expanding our summer training schedule with additional Acceleration and Functional Strength classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

New class times:
⭐ Acceleration: 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM
⭐ Functional Strength: 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM

These classes are in addition to our regular schedule, giving athletes even more opportunities to train, improve, and stay consistent this offseason.

The doors are open, training is underway, and we can't wait to help athletes unlock their potential and active adults move better, get stronger, and feel their best.

Spartan Football camp is now open !!
This camp is open to all raising 3rd through 9th graders . It will be non-contact , focusing on skills and drills along with tournament play.
Camp will be staffed by the WSHS coaching staff as well as our current varsity players.
